Polyvore is a place where people can discover their style and set trends around the world. Trendseekers and shoppers alike come to Polyvore to discover the hottest brands, products, trends and looks.

It starts with an electronic scissor called the Clipper, saved to a browser’s toolbar, which allows you to collect pictures of merchandise and other visuals from all over the Web.But you can always just browse right from the Polyvore directory and save your items to your closet from there. You can search for bags, tops, bottoms, shoes, jewelry, etc.

I find that Polyvore is very interesting because its like playing paper dolls but with pictures of real clothes. It's fun because you can have less expensive items or dream and add a pair of $600 shoes to your outfit. A friend once said it was a way of feeding her shopping need.
